Prospectus is excited to be partnering with our client to appoint their new Digital Campaigns Manager. The position is part-time, 3 days a week; you will join a small, friendly team, based at the organisation’s Head Office in Croydon, with the opportunity to work flexibly (work from home) on a one day per week basis.

The organisation campaigns with partner organisations, on matters of direct interest to the wider community of older people, such as Pensions, Health & Social Care, Transport, Social & Digital Exclusion, Housing and Inter-generational Fairness. We also provide bespoke services & benefits for our members.
This role represents an attractive opportunity to be a key player in promoting and future-proofing the organisation, utilising their membership data and targeting their campaigns and recruitment activity most effectively. The team member will have a leading role to play in the planning and delivery of the organisation’s Media, Digital Communications and Campaigns Strategies, as well as member experience-led and targeted communications, designed to appeal to members’ interests and encourage their participation in the organisation’s campaigning work and their local groups and branches. The post holder will be involved in the promotion of the organisation with a view to recruiting new members, in particular utilising social media platforms and digital communications innovatively to reach our target audiences. You will support and develop the organisation’s national and branch websites to ensure their continued relevance to members and efficacy in attracting new online joiners.
We are looking for a flexible and strategic Digital Comms professional with experience in website development, website management, digital communications, media strategy planning & implementation, and social media campaigns. You will be proficient in CRM Database Analysis and brand management, and you will have an understanding of how to promote a membership organisation effectively. You will thrive working within a full marketing and communications mix – online and offline planning to execution and you will be a confident Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite user and CMS systems (ideally WordPress) user.
